Orders ship from Miami within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on orders over $60. Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.

Every gel order is packed with insulated liners and ice packs to keep things fresh in transit. We avoid weekend transit days to ensure your order arrives chilled.

If your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction, contact us within 14 days at hello@freshseamoss.co and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is on our roadmap.
